Regarding: Periodic Information Disclosure for the First Six Months of 2024 for Bonds Issued by Ba Na Cable Car Service Joint Stock Company (“Bonds”)

Dear Valued Bondholders,
According to Circular No. 122/2020/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the information disclosure and reporting regime as stipulated in Decree No. 153/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government, regulating the offering and trading of private corporate bonds in the domestic market and the offering of corporate bonds to the international market, we would like to inform you about the periodic information disclosure of the Bonds.
Specifically, we will submit the following reports to Ky Thuong Securities Joint Stock Company (“TCBS”):

– Financial Statements for the first six months of 2024, either audited (or reviewed) or unaudited and unreviewed, with data confirmed by the General Meeting of Shareholders/Board of Directors/Board of Members/President of the company.
– Status of bond principal and interest payments from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
– Financial status.
– Report on the use of funds from bond issuance.
– Status of the issuer’s commitments to bondholders.

Bondholders who wish to review these documents should bring their identification and documents proving their bond ownership (investment account statements, bond balance confirmations, etc., issued within one business day from the date of the request for document review) to the TCBS headquarters at Floor 27, Techcombank Building, No. 119 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City. TCBS will facilitate bondholders’ access to these documents.
