From June 1st, 2024, the alpine coaster has been back in operation after more than two months of maintenance to ensure the capacity to serve customers during the peak summer season. The ride promises to bring visitors thrilling and enjoyable moments.

Alpine coaster is a popular ride at the worldwide leading amusement parks. With the desire to bring that experience to visitors at Ba Na Hills, the company decided to choose the prestigious German construction brand – Josef Wiegand GmbH & Co KG Freizeiteinrichtungen to design and construct this ride In Vietnam, the alpine coaster 2 project is the 7th masterpiece of the manufacturer, after Nha Trang, Vung Tau, Da Lat, Lam Dong and Kien Giang.

Alpine coaster offers visitors an exciting and thrilling experience

The 1.5 km-long alpine coaster 2 accommodates up to 50 slides at a time. Participating in the game, visitors will embark on an exciting journey as they are pulled backwards up to a height of 47m above the ground, then slide down a 515m track at a maximum speed of 40km/h and through three treacherous twisting tubes. According to experts, the slide system is highly safe because players are fastened with safety belts and can use brakes to adjust their speed.

Ride rules of alpine coaster 2

Area: Next to Louvre Station.

Height regulations:

< 110cm: May not participate;
110 – 139cm: May participate with an adult (18 years old or older);
>= 140cm: May participate.

Health regulations: Guests are not allowed to participate in the following cases:

Having signs of cardiovascular or abnormal blood pressure;
Removable prosthetic legs/arms;
Signs of motion sickness;
Back pain, neck pain or spinal pain;
Women who are pregnant;
Under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication;
Recent surgery or feeling unwell;
Fractures or casts.
